Our philosophy

Less noise. More intention.

A quieter kind of coffee. KISSA is built around the idea that a cup of coffee can be a small, deliberate ritual rather than a transaction.

KISSA began with a simple question: what if coffee was treated less like a habit and more like a ritual?

So we built the room around the making of it. A single bar, one grinder, and enough space around each cup for the process to be the point.

We weigh every dose, brew in small batches and change the filter as often as the season asks. Nothing here is done quickly, and nothing is done without reason.

The room follows the same logic. Pale oak, plaster, honed stone and handmade ceramic — materials that age honestly and feel good to touch. The light is left to do most of the work.

There is no queue to rush and no music to shout over. Sit where you like, and stay as long as the cup lasts.

Craft & ingredients

Made the long way, on purpose.

Weighed, not guessed

Every dose is weighed and every cup is timed. It is the least romantic part of coffee, and the reason the tenth cup tastes like the first.

Chosen for the season

We keep a short list of origins and change it as the year turns, rather than carrying everything at once. Fewer options, chosen with more care.

One more thing

Take the long way here.

Order something you have not tried before, and sit with it for a while.
